Founder Alessandro Bessa built iD Flooring Inc. with a clear vision: to provide homeowners with exceptional craftsmanship, transparency, and a customer experience that goes beyond traditional flooring services.
With years of hands-on industry experience, he created a dedicated consultation office where clients can explore flooring options, compare materials, and receive expert guidance before installation begins. Alessandro believes every successful project starts with listening, careful planning, and helping clients make confident decisions.
Today, he remains personally involved in every project, ensuring every installation reflects the company’s commitment to quality, integrity, and attention to detail. Alessandro and his team (Adriano and William) did an outstanding job to install new hardwood bamboo flooring from “Floor & Decor”, in 3 bedrooms. They removed the old carpet and completed the work in 3 days . One room had uneven tiling under the carpet that we were unaware of, but the team resolved the problem by pouring a self leveling floor compound which worked brilliantly. We are more than delighted with the outcome and guests, family and friends admire our beautiful new floors! I can’t say enough good things about these guys.
